the hunter gathere way - amazing, inspiring

I read this book from start to finish in one go! I found it truly inspiring and all of it made complete sense. I have also been on a couple of Fiona's Wild Food Walks, and found them to be truly magical and inspiring and helped me to find more connection to mother earth, she has a wealth of experience and knowledge and i would definately recommend this book and her wild food walks.

Reconnecting with the ways of old

It's been a while since I last read something by Ffyona Campbell, and I hadn't realised how much I have missed reading her. In this wonderful book she takes us along on her search for the ways of old and forgotten knowledge. Our busy lifestyles make us forget the wonders of nature and how she is there to nurture us in more ways than one.
